Hey! I’m Jack Farmer, and I am so excited to train with you! A few things about myself is that I am a Sophomore at the University of Missouri (Mizzou), and I love hockey, fishing, and bodybuilding. I played many sports during my youth, and when high school came around, I started working out to get stronger for hockey. I loved the idea that the more effort I put in, the better results I got out. Over the course of my fitness journey, I’ve been skinny, I’ve been overweight, and everything in between, and working out has not only improved my physical fitness, but it's also been great for my mental health.

My main goal is to help people become comfortable in their own skin, and help my clients reach fitness goals that they would never imagine was possible.

For each personal training session, I charge $35 for 1-on-1 sessions, and $25 per person for group sessions. My Venmo is @jackfarmer07. Please reach out to me if price is an issue!

In order to cancel a session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. If the session is not cancelled within that timeframe, the full price must still be paid regardless of missing the session.
